Public Road Transport Services – Contract For Delegating The Management Of The Public Service Of Local Passenger Transport Through Regular Routes In The Municipality Of Calarasi. Contract For Delegation Of The Management Of The Public Service Of Local Passenger Transport Through Regular Flights In The Municipality Of Călăraşi. The Object Of This Contract Is The Delegation Of Tasks And Responsibilities To The Operator Regarding The Actual Provision Of The Public Transport Service Within The Administrative-Territorial Range Of The Municipality Of Călăraşi, Including The Right And Obligation To Administer And Exploit The Transport Infrastructure Related To The Service. The Operator Will Provide The Public Service Of Local Transport Of People, Carried Out By Buses In Accordance With The Public Service Obligations Stipulated In The Contract, On The Routes: A) Route No. L - Siderca - Prefab Blocks, 7.8 Km Long, Respectively 15.6 Km Round Trip; B) Route No. 2 - Siderca - Treatment Plant, 8.5 Km Long, Respectively 17 Km Round Trip; C) Route No. 3 – The County Hospital – Chiciu, 9 Km Long, Respectively 18 Km Round Trip; D) Route No. 4 – Siderca – Brico Depot, 7.8 Km One Way And 7.01 Km Return, Respectively 14.81 Km Round Trip. Total Estimated Value Without Vat: The Range Between 103,566,866.31 And 113,923,552.94 Ron The Indicated Amounts Do Not Include Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Purchase Represents The Total Value Of The Contract Resulting From This Procedure For Its Entire Duration. The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Supplement, In Accordance With The Legislation On Sectoral Procurement, The Quantity Of Services, Without Organizing A New Award Procedure, In The Event That It Becomes Necessary To Extend Routes, Introduce Additional Routes Or New Stations. The Possibility Of Changing The Contract With A Maximum Of 10% Of The Estimated Turnover Is Taken Into Account, In Accordance With Art. 14 And Art. 241 Of Law No. 99/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Art. 17 Para. (1) Lit. C) And Art. 27 Para. (1) Lit. A) From Law No. 92/2007 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. The Minimum Value Represents The Estimated Value Of The Future Contract, To Which The Evaluation Of The Offers Will Be Related, And The Maximum Value Represents The Estimated Value Of The Future Contract To Which The Value Of Possible Additions Has Been Added.
