Agricultural Services – Emergence And Deployment Of Capi Payments For Environmental Services - Lot N°02: Technical Support Service For The Deployment Of Pes N°2 - Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders 2026-2032. The Maximum Amount Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 380,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Estimated Start Date For Services Is October 2026. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded From Its Notification Until 12/31/2032. As Part Of The Call For Expressions Of Interest Launched By The Rhône Méditerranée Corse Water Agency In 2025 Aimed At Renewing The Experimentation Of Payments For Environmental Services (Pse No. 2), Capi Applied And Was Preselected To Set Up The System On Its Territory. As Part Of This Emergence And Pre-Selection Phase, A Pes File Is To Be Constructed, Including The Carrying Out Of A Territorial Agricultural Diagnosis. Several Stages Of Consultation With Local Stakeholders Will Also Be Necessary To Develop A Coherent File Adapted To The Needs Of The Territory. The Final Selection Of Pse Files Will Take Place In May 2027. If The Capi Is Retained, The Implementation Of The Pse Will Be Effective Until December 31, 2032. For This Deployment Phase, Technical Assistance Will Be Necessary To Notably Carry Out Individual Meetings With Operators To Ensure Annual Monitoring Of Operations And Collective Times To Facilitate Exchanges And Mutual Knowledge.
