The Service To Be Provided, Which Concerns The Terminal Server Infrastructure As Well As User Support In This Area, Includes The Following Activities: - General It Support For Users (Applications In The Terminal Server Environment) - Support For Incidents In The Citrix Environment, In The Applications As Well As The Backup (Veeam), Network And Virtualization Environment - Start Of Finding A Solution/Troubleshooting After Receipt Of The Incident - Operation, Administration, Implementation, Configuration Of The Terminal Server Environment (Microsoft Mdt, Microsoft Windows Server / Cluster As File Server And Ms Sql Database Server, Ms Fslogix, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Incl. Mcs) And The Underlying Virtualization Environment (Vmware Esx Incl. Vcenter And Vsan) - Implementation Of Planned Maintenance Work (Patch Management Windows, Updates Vmware); Maintenance Windows Are Carried Out In Consultation Between The Contractor And The Client - Support For Adjustments/Expansions Of The Terminal Server Environment (Installation Of Applications, New Software/Software Packaging) - If Necessary, Restoring Data Based On Existing Backups (Veeam) - Support For Malfunctions Of The Citrix Environment From The Virtualization Level Onwards (Hypervisor And Components Above), Excluding Physical Hardware And Infrastructure Elements
