The Subject Of The Competition Is The Structural Planning Of The House For Music And Togetherness With The Associated Open Space Planning Surrounding The Building As Well As The Urban And Open Space Planning Reorganization Of The Surrounding Areas. The Competition Task Is Described Under 2.1 Of This Announcement. --- If The Task Is Realized, The Sponsor Will Award The Additional Planning Services Necessary For The Implementation Of The Competition Draft. On The One Hand, This Is The Further Development Of The Competition Result For The Area Surrounding The Town Hall Into An Urban Development And Open Space Planning Framework Plan (According To Leaflet 51/52 Of The Akbw) As The Basis For The Further Steps. On The Other Hand, Planning Services For The Expansion And Modernization Of The Former Town Hall And The Associated Outdoor Areas (Maximum 1,000 M2) For Architectural Services For Buildings And Interior Spaces In Accordance With Hoai § 34 And § 35 And Services For Outdoor Areas In Accordance With Hoai § 39 And § 40, But At Least The Service Phases 2 To 5. Depending On The Budgetary Framework Conditions, Service Phases 2 To 4 And After Approval And Funding Confirmation, Service Phase 5 According To Hoai § 34 Building Planning, Hoai § 39 And § 40 For Outdoor Facilities Is Planned. The Sponsor Reserves The Right To Commission The Respective Further Service Phases In A Second Stage. The Services Are Awarded In The Form Of A Staged Contract (Stage 1: Lph 2-4; Stage 2: Lph 5; Stage 3: Lph 6-9). The Sponsor Intends To Conclude Separate Contracts For The Services Of The Respective Specialist Disciplines With The Successful Team (Bidding Group Architect And Landscape Architect) After Competition And Negotiation.
