The Contractor Will Deliver The Vehicles To The Ordering Partys Warehouse In Krakow, Ul. Mogilska 109. Transport Costs Are Borne By The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For Each Delivered Vehicle In Accordance With The Data Contained In Annex 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification), But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty. 5. Requirements Related To Warranty Repairs And Maintenance Services Are Described In Annex 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification). 6. For Each Delivered Vehicle, The Contractor Must Attach The Documents (Prepared In Polish) Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification - P. Viii.2). 7. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Described In The Order Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law.
