The Combination Pool Is To Be Designed As A Sports And Family Pool Including A Sauna Area And Supplemented By The Existing Seasonal Outdoor Pool. The Overall Measure Is Divided Into Three Construction Phases: Ba 1: New Construction Of The Indoor Swimming Pool With Catering And Sauna (Planning Scope Lp 1-8) Ba 2: Renovation Of The Outdoor Swimming Pool (Feasibility Is Only To Be Taken Into Account Conceptually) Ba 3: Expansion Of The Indoor Swimming Pool And Sauna (Feasibility Is Only To Be Considered Conceptually) According To The Current Status, The Estimated Costs For The New Construction Of The Indoor Swimming Pool With Catering And Sauna (Ba 01) Are 33 Eur Million (Net) Was Assumed For The Kg 200 - 700.
