The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding The Replacement Of Electrical Installations In The Building Of Primary School No. 2 At Ul. Henryka Pobożnego 2 In Słupsk To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation And Stwior Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz. 2. The Scope Of Works/Works Includes: 1) Installation Of A New Rg Switchboard On The Facade, 2) Transfer Of The Measurement And Billing System To The Newly Designed Rg Switchgear, 3) Transfer Of The Fire Protection Switch, 4) Implementation Of Fire Protection Seals. Passage Of Cables And Wires Through The Walls Of The Fire Partition To The Required Fire Resistance Class In Accordance With The Certificate Or Technical Assessment For The Fire Separation Method Used, 5) Replacement Of Existing Switchboards (Except For The R0.K Kitchen Switchboard, The Heat Distribution Center Measurement Board, The R1.Pk Switchboard (Room 14) And The Gutter Heating Control Switchboard), 6) Replacement Of The Interior And Exterior Electric Lighting Installations, 7) Replacement Of The Emergency Electric Lighting Installation, 8) Replacement Electrical Installation Of Devices And Sockets, 9) Implementation Of Hdmi Signal Distribution Installation, 10) Implementation Of Surge Protection, 11) Implementation Of Shock Protection. 3. The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies (Paper And Electronic Versions). 4. The Ordering Party Assumes A Tolerance Of ± 5% For The Offered Devices In Relation To The Specific Value Of A Given Parameter Specified In The Design Documentation And Stwior. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Construction Works Was Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 13 To The Swz) And The Design Documentation Entitled Replacement Of The Electrical Installation In The Building Of Primary School No. 2, Including: Technical Design - Electrical Industry And Stwior, Which Constitute Annex No. 12 To The Swz. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Ordering Party And The Authors Supervision And Investors Supervision, Applicable Technical Conditions, Standards, Provisions Of Technical Supervision, Construction Law And Construction Art. 7. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Using Design Documentation And Stwior, Which Constitutes Annex No. 12 To The Swz And Opz, Which Constitutes Annex No. 13 To The Swz. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Design Documentation, Stwior Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Stwior And The Design Documentation, The Superior Document Is The Design Documentation. 9. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance.
