Repair And Maintenance Services Of Boilers – Maintenance And Servicing Of Individual Gas Boilers And Individual Dhw Production Devices. The Services Covered By The Contract Give Rise To The Conclusion Of A Mixed Contract, All Items Of Which Are Broken Down As Follows: - Item 1: It Concerns Preventive Maintenance Services For All Of The Above-Mentioned Equipment And A Troubleshooting And On-Call Service, All In Accordance With The Provisions Of Cctp Article 2 - Item 2: It Concerns Corrective Maintenance Services In Accordance With The Requirements Of Cctp Article 3 - Item 3: It Is Treated At A Unit Price And Concerns The Services Repairs Not Included In Items 1 And 2, Installation, Creation And Major Works Services. It Gives Rise To A Framework Agreement With A Single-Award Purchase Order In Application Of Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Value Of All Services Is Likely To Vary As Follows: Minimum Amount Per Period: €0 Excluding Tax/ Maximum Amount Per Period: €100,000.00 Excluding Tax The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement Is The Period Within Which Purchase Orders Can Be Issued. The First Period Runs From September 1 Until 12/31/2026, Then 12 Months For The Following Periods. This Framework Agreement Is Tacitly Renewable 3 Times Per Period Of 12 Months Within The Limit Of 48 Months. In The Absence Of An Express Decision Of Non-Renewal From The Contracting Authority No Later Than 4 Months Before The End Date Of The Current Period, This Framework Agreement Will Be Considered As Tacitly Renewed. However, The Holder May Refuse The Renewal In Advance. In This Case, He Must, By Reasoned Decision, Notify His Refusal To The Contracting Authority By Lrar No Later Than 6 Months Before The Date Of Notification. In The Absence Of Express Refusal Before This Deadline, The Holder Will Then Be Required To Accept The Renewal.
