Purchase Of Cisco Products: The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Purchase Additional Components To Expand These Environments Or Replace Components That Need To Be Replaced. The Procurement Refers To The Complete Product Range On The Basis Of The Currently Valid Emea Global Price List In Us$ From The Manufacturer Cisco Systems, Including The Solutionplus Products Contained There. In Addition, Products Can Be Accessed That Are Sold By Cisco Systems But Are Not Yet Included In The Above Price List At The Time Of Retrieval (E.G. Products From A Manufacturer That Was Taken Over By Cisco Systems). The Client Will Cover His Entire Requirements For The Tendered Components, Including Associated Software And Licenses For The Expansion Of The Existing Networks Or Replacement For Components To Be Replaced, During The Term Of The Contract Via This Framework Agreement (Exclusive Agreement). When Redesigning The Network Infrastructure Of Entire Locations Or Larger, Connected Network Infrastructure Areas (E.G. Data Center Network), The Client Reserves The Right To Carry Out An Independent Award - Also Taking Other Manufacturers Into Account. 2. Services: 2.1 Cisco Advanced Services 2.2 Hardware Configuration Including Software Installation 2.3 Provision Of Installation-Related Services Upon Request, The Contractor Will Provide Project-Related Services With Regard To Support Relating To The Installation Of The Components Purchased Under The Contract; E.G. Hardware-Related Services Such As Installing Supplied Hardware Or Carrying Out Patching. The Contractor Must Ensure That The People Deployed Have Current Manufacturer Certifications (Except Hardware-Related Dl) In Accordance With The Content-Related Tasks. 3. Maintenance Of Cisco Components Another Central Content Of The Contract Is Troubleshooting The Cisco Systems Used. All Disruptions Must Be Processed And Resolved Within The Defined Slas. To Do This, The Partner Must Be Able To Provide Trained And Safety-Certified Technicians, Including Replacement Components, At The Respective Location Within The Time Defined In The Sla (4 Hours). All Components Under Service Must Be Reinsured With The Manufacturer. However, Service Provision Through Reinsurance Alone Is Not Possible For Logistical Reasons, So The Contractors Own Stockpiling Is Essential. An Exception Are The Foreign Locations, For Which Direct Support Can Be Provided By The Manufacturer.
