The Overall Personnel Management Service (Services And Systems) And Related Integrations So That The Services And Systems Must Be Available No Later Than April 1, 2027. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish. The Service Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities.
