Legal Services – Rv For The Provision Of Procurement, Contract (Construction And Architectural Law) And Administrative Law Consulting Services. The Objective Of The Procurement, Contractual (Construction And Architectural Law) And Administrative Law Consulting Services Provided By The Contractor (Contractor) Is: 1. Constructive And Effective Support For The Client Or The Clients Construction Contract And Supplementary Management In The Planning And Implementation Of The Construction Work By The Contractor Of The Project; 2. To Generally Identify And Enforce Claims Of The Client Against The Contractor Or Other Third Parties Arising Within The Scope Of The Project And To Defend Against Unjustified Claims Against The Client; 3. To Independently Carry Out The Tasks Of Procurement, Contractual (Construction And Architectural Law) And Administrative Law Consulting Services In Accordance With The Service Profile Listed Under Section 4.1 Ff. The Contractor Must Provide The Services Assigned To Him To The Extent And With Such Quality As Is Necessary For Proper Procurement, Contractual (Construction And Architectural Law) And Administrative Law Consulting Services. The Contract Comes Into Force When The Contract Is Awarded And Ends After 6 Years (On July 31, 2032). The Contract Can Optionally Be Extended Once By The Client For A Further 12 Months. The Client Will Notify The Contract Extension At Least 3 Months Before The End Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Advised That Any Extension Will Probably Only Be Requested By The Client If The Contractors Services Are Still Required With Regard To Proof Of Use. The Contract Therefore Ends After A Maximum Of 7 Years On July 31, 2033 Or When The Maximum Award Volume Of 10,500 Hours Is Reached Over The Entire Contract Term Including The Option.
