Beverages, Tobacco And Related Products – Framework Agreement For The Purchase And Delivery Of Cold Drinks For The Local Government Of Oudenburg. Within The Local Government, Cold Drinks Are Ordered By Various Services For Daily Operations, For The Cafeterias And For Receptions, Activities And Events. The Local Government Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Purchase And Delivery Of High-Quality (Non-)Alcoholic Drinks. This Framework Agreement Would Therefore Apply To The Purchase And Supply Of Cold Drinks For The City, The Ocmw And The Non-Profit Organization Sport En Recreatie Oudenburg From September 1, 2026 To August 31, 2030. This Is A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement, Meaning That Neither An Exclusivity Contract Nor A Purchase Obligation Applies, Except For The Tenants Of The Halls In The Sports Hall And The Concessionaire Of The Sports Hall Cafeteria. The Goods Must Be Delivered To Different Urban Locations. The Delivery Addresses And Locations May Change During The Term Of The Contract.
