Furthermore, In View Of The New Planning Documents, The Task Of The Winning Tenderer Is To Prepare A Monument Protection Impact Study And The Environmental Inspection Work. 419/2021 On The Content Of Settlement Plans, The Procedure For Their Preparation And Acceptance, As Well As Specific Legal Institutions For Settlement Planning. (Vii.15.) Government Decree (Hereinafter: 419 Cr.) Section 4 (1) The Settlement Plan Is Prepared By Ensuring Legal Continuity, Based On The Previous Settlement Development Concept, Integrated Settlement Development Strategy And Settlement Planning Tool, As Well As The Previous Settlement Plan, Taking Into Account The Settlements Geographical Features And Population, Its Unique Historical Characteristics And Its Role In The Settlement Network.
