Furthermore, In View Of The New Planning Documents, The Task Of The Winning Tenderer Is To Prepare A Monument Protection Impact Study And The Environmental Inspection Work. 419/2021 On The Content Of Settlement Plans, The Procedure For Their Preparation And Acceptance, As Well As Specific Legal Institutions For Settlement Planning. (Vii.15.) Government Decree (Hereinafter: 419 Cr.)
