The Task Is To Reorganize The Area Functionally And In Terms Of Urban Development In Order To Create An Urban Space That Creates Identity And Offers A High Quality Of Stay As An Attractive Place Of Arrival And Welcome For All Residents. The Historic Station Building Must Be Preserved As A Defining Anchor Point And Should Be Carefully Integrated Into The Overall Concept. Beyond The Purely Traffic Aspects, The New Space Must Ensure A High Level Of Everyday Suitability For A Variety Of Uses Such As The Weekly Market And, By Taking Adjacent Parts Of The Idea Into Account, Show A Coherent Long-Term Perspective For The Entire Urban Development Environment. In Order To Ensure A Transparent, Non-Discriminatory Process That Complies With European Law, There Is No Separate Selection Of Participants.
