The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Project Engineer Services Related To The Proper Implementation And Management Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Transfer Hubs In Jastrzębie Zdrój, Under Which 8 Transfer Hubs Will Be Built In Several Districts Of The City Of Jastrzębie Zdrój (Pfu) Along With The Reconstruction/Expansion Of Road Infrastructure; Creating An Application To Make It Easier For Travelers To Use Transfer Hubs And An Electronic Information System, Creating A City Its System (Pfu) That Will Introduce Preferences For Collective Public Transport; Management Is To Consist In: 1) Acting As A Substitute Investor; 2) Preparation Of Tender Documentation For The Construction Of Transfer Hubs Described In The Fup/Task Descriptions; And Expansion Of The Jastrzębie-Zdrój Its System In Connection With Its Integration With The Transfer Hubs Under Construction; 3) Supervision Over The Implementation Of Design Works; 4) Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task; 5) Conducting All Activities Related To The Proper Implementation Of The Project; 6) Coordination Of The Implementation Of The Task Of Ensuring Accessibility For People With Disabilities 7) And Ensuring The Dnsh Principle; 8) Fulfilling Reporting And Settlement Duties - Ongoing Control Of Settlements And Financial Progress Of The Task, As Well As Checking The Compliance Of The Invoiced Amounts With The Scope Of Work Performed And Recommending The Ordering Party To Pay Invoices Issued By The Contractor Of Construction Works; 9) Preparation Of Acceptance Procedures And Settlement Of The Final Task; 10) Preparing Pt/Ot Evidence Of Transfer Of A Fixed Asset To The Property Register In Accordance With The Guidelines Provided By The Ordering Party; 11) Handling Guarantees And Warranties; 12) Control Over The Designers Authors Supervision. The Detailed Scope Is Included In The Annex To The Swz. The Full Scope Of Responsibilities Of The Contract Engineer Is Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Contract. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended), The Ordering Party Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Documentation.
