The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide A Surveillance And Security Service For The Video Game Campus. For Operational Purposes, The Campus Is Considered A Unit In Its Operation And Is Made Up Of Four Buildings: Experience Pavilion (Avda. Principal, 3) Esport Pavilion (Avda. Principal 5) Valencia Pavilion (Avda Principal, 7) Development Pavilion (Ronda De Toros, 1) All Of Them In The Casa De Campo, Assigned To The General Directorate Of Innovation Of The Area Of Economy, Innovation And Finance Of The Madrid City Council, Depending On The Needs Which Are Reflected In Annex I Of This Document. This Contract Has, Given Its Characteristics, A Social Perspective. The Services Of The Security Of The Video Game Campus: A Surveillance And Protection Service For The Buildings, In Accordance With The Conditions Established In This Specific Technical Prescription Document (Hereinafter, The “Ppt”), Based On The Anticipated Needs Reflected In Annex I Of This Document, Which Will Be Provided By “Unarmed Security Guards” Who Have The Legal Authorization To Do So. A Service Of In-Person Rounds, 3 Daily Every Day Of The Year, To Be Carried Out Between 10:00 P.M. And 6:00 A.M., As Well As 2 Daily Rounds From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. On Weekends And Holidays. A Non-Face-To-Face Surveillance Service Consisting Of The Connection To An Alarm Receiving Center For The Centers, Attended Electronically 24 Hours A Day, 365 Days A Year, Connection Of The Intrusion System And Emergency Service; As Well As A Key Custody Service And Delivery Of Keys To Authorized Persons, And As Determined, During The Hours Established, Reflecting Identity, Time Of Delivery And Return And Other Important Aspects In The Document Made For This Purpose, With The Contractor Assuming All Costs Derived From This Service (Installation Of Telephone Line, Etc.). Currently There Is Surveillance And Recording Equipment In Each Of The Four Buildings With Their Corresponding Surveillance Copies. The Conservation And Repair Works That, Closely Linked To The Works Described In The Previous Points, Are Necessary To Maintain The Electronic Security Systems And Equipment In The Buildings In Conditions Of Effective And Efficient Use During Their Useful Life, Under The Terms And Conditions Detailed In Annex Iii, Thus Guaranteeing Their Conservation And Optimal Performance.
