Flying-School Services – Rigid-Wing Pilot Practical Training. In The Course Of This Procedure, The Bidder Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 36 Months With An Economic Operator Regarding The Provision Of Practical Training For Rigid Pilots Regarding The Provision Of Practical Education For Current And Future Students Enrolled In The Bachelor Of Aviation Engineering (Hereinafter: Bsc) And Advanced Training In Aviation Engineering And Specialist (Hereinafter: Advanced Training) Courses For A Period Of 36 Months. During The Scope Of The Framework Agreement, Ak Intends To Enter Into An Individual Contract With The Winning Bidder For Each Training Semester For The Training Services Related To The Number Of Employees For The Given Semester, But Up To The Total Amount Of Huf 3,429,000,000 Fixed In The Framework Agreement, Based On A Direct Order. However, The Ak Does Not Have A Minimum Order (Withdrawal) Obligation, As The Semester Direct Order Depends On The Number Of Enrolled Students For Each Semester. Planned Date Of Practical Training: 36 Months From September 1, 2026. In Bsc Education, A Maximum Of 35 - 35 People Are Taught In Each Year, While In Professional Continuing Education, A Maximum Of 25 - 25 People Are Taught In One Year. The Language Of The Training Is English And Hungarian Both In The Bsc And In The Professional Continuing Education. The Content Of The Practical Training Is The Same For Both Forms Of Training, But In The Case Of The Bsc Course, It Is Spread Over 5 Semesters, And In The Case Of The Professional Continuing Education, It Is Spread Over 4 Semesters. Practical Training (Responsible For The Offeror During Both The Bsc And The Specialized Training): Integrated Atpl Training, Which Includes Min. 148 Hours Of Practical Airplane Flight, And Min. 80 Hours Of Simulator Practice And The Necessary Test Flight, As Well As Pre-Flight And Post-Flight Preparatory Theory Lessons, Are Also Part Of The Program, In Accordance With The Relevant European Aviation Regulations (Easa). Names Of Qualifications To Be Obtained: At The End Of The Practical Training, Cpl Commercial Pilot License With Atpl Frozen Airline Pilot Theory, Or A-Uprt, Aps-Mcc Training. In The Practical Program, The Bidder Provides The Airplanes Necessary For The Training, Procedural Simulator Equipment(S), Fuel, Instructor Supervision, And Landing/Airport Usage Costs. The Suitability Conditions Were Determined To The Extent Absolutely Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract In The Civil Code. According To Its Provisions. The Practical Training Program Must Include The Conduct Of All The Theoretical And Practical Exams Required For The Professional Service License With The Bearing Of All Its Cost Elements, Including The Fee For The Oral Icao English Language Exam And Atpl Theory Exams, Official Practical And Theoretical Exams At The Hungarian Authorities, As Well As The Fee For The First English Language Exam Attempt, As Well As All Other Costs Related To The Practical Training For Conducting, Or In Connection With The A
