School Catering Services – Delivery Of Lunches For Pupils And Staff Of Zš Oblacná In Liberec. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Delivery Of Lunches For Pupils And Employees Of The Contracting Authority At The Address Oblačná 101/15, Liberec V-Kristiánov, 460 05 Liberec, To The Extent And In The Manner Stipulated By This Procurement Documentation, But Especially Its Annex No. 6 Entitled As Technical Specification Of Performance. This Is The Fulfillment Of A Maximum Of 320 Student Lunches And A Maximum Of 80 Employee Lunches Per Day, For An Indefinite Period. Part Of The Performance Will Be In Particular: • Preparation And Cooking Of Food For Pupils And Employees According To The Requirements And Orders Of The Client; • Importation Of Prepared Food Via Transport Containers Owned By The Supplier To The Clients Delivery Point; • Ensuring Work Connected With The Importation And Delivery Of Food To The Customers Delivery Point; • Removal Of Food Residues And Their Ecological Disposal From The Clients Delivery Point; • Ensuring Work Connected With Cleaning, Removal And Maintenance Of Transport Containers From The Clients Delivery Points. The Delivery Of Food Itself Will Not Be Part Of The Performance, Which Will Be Ensured With The Help Of The Contracting Authoritys Employees In The Premises Designated For This Purpose.
