This Contract Is A Contract Comprising: - A Part At A Global And Fixed Price Corresponding To Regular Security Services - A Part Executed On Purchase Orders Corresponding In Particular To The Occasional Replacement Needs Of Semitan Agents, In Particular During The Summer Period And In The Event Of Absence. This Part Of Purchase Orders Is Awarded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 200,000 Euros Excluding Tax Per Market Year, In Accordance With Article R.2162-4 2° Of The Public Procurement Code. This Part Will Be Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued In Accordance With Article R.2162-2 Paragraph 2 Of The Public Procurement Code. A Mandatory Variation Is Required. Candidates Must Submit A Variant Offer In Addition To The Basic Offer.
