System And Support Services – Technical Assistance And Maintenance Service As Well As Modification And Development Of The Financing And Refund Service System. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party: 1.1. Technical Assistance And Maintenance Services Of The Sodir System (Hereinafter Referred To As Atik) - Guaranteed Order For 24 Months And As Part Of The Option - 24 Months. The Rules For The Provision Of Atik Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz); 1.2. Modification And Development Of The Sodir System (Hereinafter Referred To As Mr). Mr Under The Guaranteed Order Will Be Carried Out In The Amount Of 30,000 (In Words: Thirty Thousand) Man-Hours, While In The Option Within The Maximum Pool Of 25,000 (In Words: Twenty-Five Thousand) Man-Hours. As Part Of The Mr, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Purchasing Paid Software In The Situations Specified In Point Mr-08 Of The Opz. A Total Of Pln 100,000.00 (In Words: One Hundred Thousand Zlotys) Is Allocated For This Purpose, Which Is Not Included In The Price For Manhours. The Rules For The Provision Of Mr Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Right To Purchase Paid Software At Any Stage Of The Agreement. Mr Will Be Provided For The Period Indicated In Point 5.2 Of Chapter 5 Of The Swz; 1.3. Services Of Manual Implementation Of Additional Activities (Hereinafter Referred To As Rcd) Described In Point 6 Of The Opz. Rcds Will Be Implemented Under The Option Described Below. Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order Or The Subject Of The Agreement. 2. The Value Of The Order Was Set At The Net Amount: Pln 24,202,272.41 (Gross: Pln 29,768,795.07), Including: A) Guaranteed Order - Net Pln 9,549,408.00 (Gross: Pln 11,745,771.84); B) Options - Net Pln 9,878,160.41 (Gross: Pln 12,150,137.31); Article 214, Section 1, Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Scope: • Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Agreement (Currently Ppu), In Particular Regarding The Technical Assistance Service And Modification And Development Of The Sodir 2.0 System. Repetition Of Similar Services And Other Changes, Provided That They Are Consistent With The Subject Of The Order. The Order Referred To Above Will Be Awarded Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Public Procurement Law, Under The Sole Procedure, Provided That: • There Is Such A Need On The Part Of The Ordering Party; Negotiations, They Will Agree In Particular On The Scope, Method And Conditions Of The Order Execution, As Well As The Remuneration And Deadline For The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Ordering Party Does Not Award The Contract In Accordance With Article 214(1) Of The Public Procurement Law
