The Object Of Procurement Is The Device Mentioned In The Request For Tender And Its Attachments, As Well As The Related Maintenance As Specified In The Attachments. The Device Will Be Placed In The Ercp Room Of The M-Wing Of The T-Hospital Under Construction, And The Preliminary Estimate Of The Time Of Installation Is Spring 2027. The Installation Schedule Will Be Specified In The Installation Meeting Organized Later. If The Amount Reserved For The Purchase Of The Equipment Is Not Sufficient To Complete The Procurement, The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To: - Change The Amount Of Equipment Stated In The Request For Tender - Suspend The Procurement Or Part Of It - Terminate The Procurement Contract Already Concluded Or Part Of It Without A Notice Period
