This Consultation Concerns The Overhaul Of The Roads And Rivers Information System (Sir) Of The Mobility Infrastructure Department: Management Of Road Data, Management Of River Data, Field Entry, Programming Of Works - Implementation, Maintenance, Assistance And Associated Services. The Procurement Procedure Used Is Open Call For Tenders. It Is Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° And R. 2161-2 To R. 2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement With Minimum And Maximum Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code Will Give Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. Its Duration Is 4 Years From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract. As An Indication, The Notification Date Is Expected Around October 6, 2026. The Minimum And Maximum Amounts For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Are Set As Follows: 115,000 Euro(S) / 400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
