The Municipality Of Härnösand And The State Council For The Arts Are Collaborating On An Artistic Design Assignment In Connection With The Reconstruction Of Nybrogatan In Härnösand. Upgrading Nybrogatan Is An Important Part Of A Larger Urban Transformation Project, Where The Municipality, Among Other Things, Builds A New Openable Road Bridge (Nybron) Between The Mainland And Härnön, Overlooks Green Areas And Refurbishes Several Other Streets In The Center Of Härnösand. The Goal Is To Strengthen Nybrogatan As A Parade Street And Meeting Place In An Inclusive, Living And Legible Urban Space That Not Only Functions As A Transport Route, But As An Expression Of Härnösands Identity And Constant Movement.
