The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Purchase Of Warranty Service For The License Of The Siem System Owned By The Ordering Party (Production Environment And Non-Production Environment); B) Migration Of Operating Systems Of Siem Environment Components; C) Provision Of Environmental Maintenance Services For The Ordering Party; D) Providing Expert Support Services During The Term Of The Agreement; E) Expansion Of The License Of The Existing Environment (Under The Option Right); F) Providing A System For Monitoring, Analysis And Visualization Of The Status And Operation Of It Systems (Under The Option Law); G) Conducting Workshops For The Ordering Partys Team Of Administrators (Under The Option Rights); H) Providing The Services Of A Content Patron (Under The Option Right); I) Development Of Additional Documentation (Under The Option Right). 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Draft Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party Requests That The Completed And Signed Technical Specification Constituting Annex 1 To The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Be Submitted As Evidence Together With The Offer. Pursuant To Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence Together With The Offer Or The Submitted Evidence Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Calling For Its Submission Or Supplementation.
