The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Performance Of Security: A) Persons, Consisting In The Protection Of The Life And Health Of The Contracting Authoritys Employees And Other Persons Located On The Contracting Authoritys Premises, B) Movable And Immovable Property Owned By The Client And In The Ownership Of Third Parties, Consisting In The Protection Of The Property Of Both The Client And The Clients Employees And Other Persons, If This Property Is Located On The Clients Premises, Including The Security Of Buildings (In Particular, Buildings) And Other Objects Or Premises (Further Without The Difference Is Only The Object Or Objects) Of The Client In Its Premises Using An Electronic Security System, Which Means Electronic Alarm Devices (Owned By The Czech Republic With The Right To Manage For The Client), Which Protect Persons And Property On The Clients Premises From Unauthorized Intrusion By Persons, Detect Violations Of Guarded Objects (E.G. Opening Of The Object, Movement In The Object, Broken Window, False Alarm Triggered By A Forgotten Code, Etc.) And Trigger An Acoustic Or Optical Alarm.
