Produces Heat And Electricity From Renewable Energy Sources (Biogas), And Szegedi Vízmű Zrt. Drinking Water Generator And Produces Electricity With Small Household-Sized Solar Power Plants At Its Waste Water Lifting Plants. The Electricity Produced In These Small Power Plants Is Primarily Used At The Respective Sites And Covers The Electricity Needs Of The Wastewater Treatment Plants. The Possible Excess Electricity Produced At Each Plant Reduces The Electricity Purchase (Purchase) Of The Other Time-Series User Locations Of The Given Contracting Authority Through The Public Network In Such A Way That The Same Producers Of The Time-Series Consumption Locations Of The Given Contracting Party Belong To Their Own User Group. The Part Of Self-Produced Electricity Fed Into The Public Network, Which Is Not Used By The Producers Own Users, Is Not The Subject Of Sales (Public Procurement) Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Dbr. On The Other Hand, The Conclusion Of This Sales Contract Is Conditional On The Successful Tenderer Or The Dealer Appointed By The Winning Tenderer Belonging To The Same Balance Sheet Entering Into A Separate Agreement With The Tenderer For The Acceptance Of Unused Electricity In The Producers Own User Circle.
