The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Washing And Disinfection Services, As Well As The Collection And Delivery Of Hospital Linen From Childrens And Adult Wards (Mattresses, Pillows, Quilts, Blankets, Mops And Staff Working Clothes, Owned By The Ordering Party, In The Quantity And Assortment Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: Annex No. 1A - Description The Subject Of The Order Opz 3. Detailed Conditions And Rules Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Regulated In The Contract Template - Annex No. 4 To The Contractual Terms And Conditions. 4.
