The Service Will Include 10 Multifunction Printers (Mfp). The Service Must Include Hardware, Software For Secure Printing (Follow Me Print), Service, Support And Maintenance. The Service Must Work In The Swedish National Agency For Educations Windows Environment And Be Integrated With Active Directory/Microsoft Entra Id. The Swedish National Agency For Education Currently Uses A System With Papercut Installation On-Prem Which Is Linked To Ad Which Controls Authorizations Where Employees Use Efos Cards To Log In To The Mfp By Placing The Card Against A Reader On The Printer.
