Pipeline Design Services – Object Planning Services Service Phases 1-6 For Engineering Structures In Accordance With §§ 41-45 Hoai 2021 - Securing District Heating Pipelines And Drinking Water Pipelines. 2 Subject Of The Service The Subject Of The Order Is Object Planning Services In The Service Profile Of Engineering Structures In Accordance With §§ 41-45 Hoai 2021, Service Phases 1-6, For Securing The District Heating Pipeline (Flow And Return Dn 400, Approx. 4,500 M) As Well As The Drinking Water Pipeline (Steel Pipeline Dn 500, Laubag 2, Approx. 3,000 M) In The Area Of Mining Rehabilitation Of The B97 And S130. The Services Are Divided Into Two Successive Stages: Stage 1 - Basic Determination, Preliminary Planning And Draft Planning (Lp 1-3): Based On The Existing Geotechnical And Operational Documents, Route Variants Must Be Developed For A Long-Term Secure Relocation Or Re-Laying Of Both Media Lines. At Least Three Variants Must Be Developed For Each Object, Including Pre-Dimensioning, Comparison Of Variants And Preliminary Economic Feasibility Considerations, And These Must Be Agreed Upon With The Client And Lmbv. Recognizable Synergies Between Both Objects Must Be Demonstrated. The Preferred Variant Must Then Be Worked Out Ready For Design; The Continuous Operation Of Both Media Lines Or The Necessary Temporary Arrangements Must Be Prepared In Planning And Ensured For The Entire Construction. Stage 2 - Approval Planning, Implementation Planning And Preparation Of The Award (Lp 4-6): As Part Of The Approval Planning, The Necessary Documents For Public Law Procedures - In Particular According To Water Law And Mining Law - Must Be Developed And Coordinated With The Responsible Authorities And The Lmbv. Based On The Approved Planning, Documents Ready For Execution Must Be Created And The Procurement Documents Drawn Up For The Subsequent Tender For The Construction Work. Particular Attention Must Be Paid To The Coordination Of The Tender Documents With The Chronological Sequence Of The Lmbvs Mining Rehabilitation Measures. For The Drinking Water Pipe, The Maintenance Of Cathodic Corrosion Protection (Kks) Must Also Be Ensured By Planning In All Construction Stages.
