The Tenderer Stipulates The Following Provision As A Condition For Concluding A Contract: - The Winning Tenderer Must Have A Valid Certificate Issued By Digifort Pty Ltd. Certifying The Right To Install And Operate The System, Which He Must Present At The Time Of Concluding The Contract. The Tenderer Wishes To Record That If The Above Condition Is Not Met At The Time Of The Conclusion Of The Contract, It Shall Be Considered A Withdrawal From The Conclusion Of The Contract Pursuant To Kbt.
