The Insurance Broker Must Generally Provide Advice Regarding All Insurance Matters, Including Insurance Technical Matters, Educational Wishes, Damages, Any Claims That May Be Raised Against Energinet, Carry Out Eu Tenders For Insurance And Prepare Risk And Insurance Analyses. In Carrying Out His Tasks, The Insurance Broker Must Also Ensure Linkage And Create Synergy Between Insurance And Enterprise Risk Management Where Possible. The Tendered Framework Agreement Has A Term Of 3 Years. The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended For 2 X 12 Months. The Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Amount To Dkk 12,000,000. The Consumption Can Only Be Regarded As An Estimate, And As A Result Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party.
