The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract For The Delivery Of Combined Heat And Power Plants (Chp) Including Associated Components And Spare Parts. The Order Includes In Particular: The Needs-Based Delivery Of Chp Systems In Different Performance Classes, The Delivery Of Spare And Wear Parts For The Systems In Operation, Optional Additional Services, Provided These Are Specified In The Further Award Procedure. The Actual Call Quantities Within The Scope Of The Framework Agreement To Be Concluded Are Not Binding. The Framework Agreement Serves For Flexible And Needs-Based Procurement Over The Contract Term.
