The Baylfst Is Divided Into The Tax Area And The Information And Communication (Ict) Area As Well As The Central Department. The Baylfsts Area Of Responsibility Is The Operation Of The 1St Level Support Of Elster, The Central Communication Platform Of The German Tax Administration, Mein Unternehmenskonto, The Uniform Access For Companies To Use Administrative Services Digitally, And Authega, The Authentication Service For Egovernment Applications. An Agreement Will Be Put Out To Tender For The Operation Of 1St Level Support For A Period Of 48 Months (Plus A Three-Month Transition Period If Necessary). Due To Their Experience, Competence And Performance, The Service Provider (Contractor) Must Have The Infrastructure Including Agents Necessary To Operate A Uhd. The Agents Employed By The Contractor Must Correspond To The Requirement Profile Set Out In The Tender Documents And Be Suitable For Fulfilling The Tasks Outlined.
