Further Ukgs Should Be Maintained With Increased Hygienic Requirements In The Bone Marrow Therapy Station (Hereinafter Bmt). In Addition To The Ukgs, The Zone Aftercoolers And Central Ventilation Units Of The Nsp Station Should Be Subjected To Maintenance At Regular Intervals. In The Nsp Area, 121 Ukg Ceiling Units, 3 Central Ventilation Systems And 4 Zone Aftercoolers Are Part Of The Maintenance Work. Additional Ukg Ceiling Devices Are Located In The Patient And Specialist Rooms On Different Floors. These Include On Floor -2 12 Ukg In The Radiology Module Construction Area, 3 Ukg In The Hybrid Operating Room Area, 2 Ukg In The Hybrid Operating Room Technology Area, On The Third Floor 3 Ukg In The Nephrology Area And On The Fifth Floor A Further 2 Ukg In The Molecular Medicine Area, 3 Ukg In The Molecular Cell Biology Area And 11 Ukg In The Radiology Area. In The Kmt Area, A Total Of 12 Trox-X-Cubes Need To Be Maintained On The Installation Floor, Floor 6. All Systems Must Be Maintained In Such A Way That Their Functionality Is Ensured In Accordance With Vdi 6022. All Maintenance Work Must Essentially Be Carried Out In Accordance With Vdma 24186 As Well As The Manufacturers Instructions And The Specifications Of The Building Technology Rlt Systems Department (Hereinafter Gb Gt Rlt). In Principle, The Requirements According To Din 31051 And Vdi 6022 Must Be Observed. The Maintenance Activities And Results Must Be Documented And Handed Over To The Gb Gt Rlt Division. The Documentation Must Be Provided In Electronic Form With A Unique Identifier For Each Device. The Structure, Naming And Type Of Electronic Reports Must Be Agreed Upon Before The Work Is Carried Out. Contract Term: The Contract Is Initially For A Period Of Two Years. Unless The Client Objects 3 Months Before The End Of The Contract, The Order Will Be Extended Twice By One Year Each.
