By Associated Services Is Meant Project Management, Rigging And Technical Staffing During Planning And Implementation. The Events Can Include Various Types Of Events, For Example A High-Level State Visit. This Type Of Event Is Characterized By The Fact That The Date And Scope Are Often Not Known Long In Advance. Activation Of Assignments Can Therefore Take Place At Short Notice, And In Some Cases It May Be Necessary To Have The First Delivery Completed Already A Few Hours After The Assignment Has Been Ordered. The Events Are Often Carried Out Under A High Level Of Security. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Total Supplier With The Capacity And Competence To Cover The Overall Need. The Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of 2 + 1 + 1 Years. The Framework Agreements Maximum Value Is Set At Nok 20 Million Excl. Vat The Agreement Is Not Exclusive. The Principals Have A Right, But No Obligation, To Award Contracts Based On This Framework Agreement. The Principals Are Not Obliged To Purchase A Specific Volume During The Framework Agreement Period. The Framework Agreement Will Be Managed By The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, The Entire Department Community Can Call Off This Agreement.
