Subject Of The Public Contract: Acquisition Of A Territorial Landscape Study (Hereinafter Also Úsk) For The Administrative District Of The Municipality With Extended Scope (Orp) Of Litoměřice, Which Will Be A Professional, Comprehensive And Multidisciplinary Document That Provides A Conceptual Approach To The Solution Of The Landscape And Its Functions Using The Coordination Role Of Spatial Planning. The Purpose Of Acquiring The Úsk Is To Create A Basic Basis For Planning And Decision-Making Activities In The Countryside, Regardless Of Which Authority Is Responsible For Decision-Making. The Basis Of The Solution From The Point Of View Of Spatial Planning Is The Creation Of A Comprehensive Conceptual Basis For Determining The Concept Of Landscape Layout In Spatial Plans, Possibly For Changes To Already Issued Spatial Plans, And For The Design And Implementation Of Specific Positive Interventions In The Landscape, Especially Through Land Improvements.
