The Assignment Includes The Provision Of Occupational Health And Safety Services That Fit Within The Context Of A Hybrid Self-Management Model, As Used Within The Organization (See Appendix 6). The Services Must Be In Line With The Practice In Which Schools Operate Autonomously And Responsibilities Lie Low In The Organization, With The Human Dimension As A Starting Point. The Maximum Value Per Year Is Set At €261,300 Excluding Vat. Compared To The Estimate, The Maximum Value Takes Into Account Approximately 30% Unforeseen Circumstances. These Unforeseen Circumstances Relate To The Fluctuation Of Employee Numbers.
