The Contractor Has A Commitment To Carry Out Design, Construction Activities And Implementation Of Authors Supervision For The Sports Complex Site In The Trendafil District In The Upi I, District 36, City Of Gabrovo, According To The Terms Of Reference And The Technical Specifications, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Investment Intention Includes The Design And Construction Of A Multifunctional Sports Complex With The Following Areas: Outdoor Football Zone; Sports Hall; Additional Outdoor Activity Area: Entrance Area And Parking. The Various Stages Of Order Fulfillment Include: I. Investment Design It Is Planned To Design For The Construction Of A Modern Sports Campus That Integrates An Open Area For Football And An Indoor Sports Hall. The Goal Is To Create A Modern, Flexible And Sustainable Space That Serves Both Sports Events And Training Process, As Well As Daily Needs For Public Use. The Complex Should Be Designed As An Open, Accessible And Green Environment, With A Clear Functional Logic Between The Individual Areas. The Investment Projects In All Parts Should Be Developed In The Working Phase, In Accordance With The Design Assignment And According To The Requirements Of Ordinance 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects. The Project Should Contain At Least The Following Project Parts: Architecture; Park Planning And Landscaping; Constructions; Road; Traffic Organization And Safety; Temporary Organization And Traffic Safety; Electrical /Buildings/ - Elevator Systems For An Accessible Environment, Lighting Installation, Power Installation, Lightning Protection Installation, Grounding Installation, Video Surveillance And Sot, Fire Alarm, Voice Announcement, Internet And Television; Electrical /Football Field/ - Lighting Installation And Video Surveillance; Electrical - Area Lighting And Video Surveillance; Plumbing; Hvac; Geodesy; Engineering Geology; Energy Efficiency; Fire Safety; Health And Safety Plan; Construction Waste Management Plan; Accounting Documentation;. Ii. Exercising Authors Supervision Of The Object, With The Legally Qualified Designers And According To The Zut. Iii. Construction Includes The Implementation Of All Activities For The Complete Completion And Commissioning Of The Site, According To The Approved Project, Technical Specifications And All Rules And Regulations For Construction In Bulgarian Legislation. The Full Scope And Volume Of Activities Is Detailed In The Design Terms Of Reference, The Technical Specification, The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
