The Parking Lot Is Located In Upi Vi (Property Id 56126.602.2574 According To The Kkkr Of The City Of Petrich) And Is Located On The Corner Between Gotse Delchev And Hristo Botev Streets= According To The Town Planning Plan, The Territory Is Designated For Parking And Currently Functions As An Open Ground Parking Lot. The Current Car Park Has 48 Parking Spaces (Including 2 Dedicated Spaces For People With Disabilities). The Project Envisages The Construction Of A Modern Facility On Two Levels (Semi-Underground And Above Ground), Which Combines Functionality With Ecological Design (Green Architecture). The Parking Capacity Can Reach 116 Parking Spaces. On The North-Eastern Facade, At The Level Of The Adjacent Street, A Specialized Area With 2 Large Parking Spaces For Tourist Buses Will Be Set Aside. The First (Semi-Subterranean) Level Is Envisaged To Have An Open Facade, Without Massive And Dense Enclosure Walls, To Ensure Natural Ventilation And Light. The Visual Barrier Will Be Solved By A System Of Tensioned Steel Ropes On Which Creeping Plants Can Grow. This Living Green Wall Will Filter Fine Dust Particles And Reduce Noise. It Is Planned To Have One Entrance/Exit On The First Level From Hristo Botev Street. The Second Level Will Be Organized As An Open Parking Lot Located On The Slab Of The Semi-Underground. The Construction Is Monolithic Reinforced Concrete. It Is Planned To Have One Entrance And Exit On The First Level From Gotse Delchev Street. A Modern Automated System For Passing Cars Will Be Implemented - With Smart Barriers, Cameras For Automatic Registration Number Recognition (Lpr System) And Electronic Boards Reporting Vacancies In Real Time. In Order For The Parking Lot To Function Effectively, Rehabilitation Of The Adjacent Hristo Botev Street (In The Section From Otets Paisiy Street To Yane Sandanski Street) Is Planned. The Renovation Will Provide A Comfortable Pedestrian Route From The Parked Car To The City Center. It Is Planned To Completely Reasphalt The Roadway To Accommodate The New Load, Complete Replacement Of The Existing Pavements With New, Sustainable Materials. As Much As Possible, Healthy Tree Vegetation Should Be Preserved And New Species Should Be Planted To Improve The Microclimate. The Old Lighting Fixtures Will Be Dismantled And New, Energy-Saving Led Lighting Will Be Installed.
