Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Building-Integrated Photovoltaic Power Plants (Pecs) For Own Needs On The Roof Structures Of Buildings Owned By The Municipality Of Razgrad On Separate Positions
The Order Includes Activities For The Construction Of Building-Integrated Photovoltaic Power Plants (Pec) For Own Needs On The Roof Structures Of Buildings Owned By The Municipality Of Razgrad. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Achieve The Modern Criteria For Energy Efficiency, Through The Effective Use Of Energy From Renewable Sources In The Buildings Owned By The Municipality Of Razgrad. Each Of The Sites Is The 6Th Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 6 Of The Zut. In Fulfillment Of The Construction Contracts, The Selected Contractor Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities: 1/ Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Initiation, Implementation And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Investment Projects, According To The Law On Territorial Planning And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Valid Legal Documents And Contracts For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. 2/ Obtaining All The Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out His Work, According To Bulgarian Legislation; 3/ Storage And Provision, Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Body, Of The Documents Drawn Up During The Construction And Other Technical Documentation On The Execution Of The Construction; 4/ Samples And Tests Upon Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works, Where Necessary; 5/ Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period; The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Described In Detail In The Technical Specification And The Bill Of Quantities For The Individual Items.
