Expansion Of The Car Park And Canopies On The North Side Of Arsèguel.The Object Of The Present Contract Is The Execution Of The Works Defined In The Basic And Executive Project For Expansion Of The Parking And Awnings On The North Side Of Arsèguel, Drafted By The Architect Marian Domenjó Torres, Which Includes, At A Minimum, The Following Actions: Land Cleaning And Waste Management; Land Movement; Formation Of Pavements And Curbs; Execution Of Horizontal And Vertical Signage; Formation Of A Rainwater Utilization System For Irrigation Of Existing Trees; Execution Of The Metal Structure And Roof With Bracket Prepared For The Possible Future Installation Of Solar Panels; Placement Of Urban Furniture And Photovoltaic Lighting; And Adaptation And Compatibility Work With The Existing Parking Lot On The North Side. These Works Will Be Developed In The Area Located In The Northern Section, Behind The Church, Around The Plaza Joan Sol Nequí, In Accordance With The Report, Plans, Specifications, Measurements And Budget That Make Up The Project. The Canopies To Be Executed In This Phase Must Be The Same Or, In In Any Case, Compatible In Shape, Dimensions, Structural System, Materials And Finishes With The Existing Canopies Executed In The Previous Phase In The Same Area, In Order To Guarantee The Formal And Constructive Continuity Of The Performance. It Will Be Up To The Facultative Management To Validate The Technical Proposal Presented By The Contractor And Demand The Necessary Adaptations To Ensure Its Suitability For The Existing Canopies.
