Basic Project Procurement And Execution Of Improvement And Rehabilitation Of The Reserve Daigua Deposit For Supply To The Montgai Network.1.2. Description Of The Object Of The Contract The Object Of The Contract To Which This Tender Refers, Is The Execution Of The Basic Project And Execution Of Actions To Improve And Rehabilitate The Reserve Water Tank For The Supply To The Montgai Network. This Project, As Can Be Deduced From The Resolution Of Its Approval, Consists Of How Many Documents Are Required In Article 233 Of The Lcsp Having Been Contemplated In Its Preparation Of That Regulated In Book Ii, Title I, Chapter Ii, Section 2 Of The Rglcap. In Accordance With Article 99.3 Lcsp The Execution Of The Work Will Not Be Subject To Division Into Lots, Considering That The Work Constitutes A Functional Unit And That Technically The Division Into Lots Would Make It Difficult For The Correct Execution Of The Contract, From A Technical Point Of View.
