License For Private Use Of The Public Domain For The Operation Of The Bar Of The Municipal Swimming Pools And The Bar Of The Festa Major D’Alcarràs.‐ Bar Located In The Picnic Area Of The Municipal Pools Of Alcarràs, During The Swimming Season, Including The Use Of The Premises For The Dispensing Of Drinks, Ice Cream, Snacks And Food (Sandwiches, Combination Dishes, Pizzas...) As A Complementary Activity To The Public Bathing Service. ‐ The Bar During The Alcarràs Festival Located In The Multipurpose Pavilion Or Where Appropriate, At The Location Determined By The City Council For Organizational Reasons, Security, Logistics Or Public Interest.
