It Is Required To Hire A Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service To The Entire Chilevalora Central Air Conditioning System, Which Includes A Initial And Final Report Of The System Status, Along With The Repair And Renovation Of Fancoil And Split Wall Type Equipment. The Hiring That Derived From This Tender Will Remain In Force For A Period Of 12 Months Or Until Available Resources Are Exhausted, Whichever Comes First. This Service Will Be Executed Planning 1 Or Maximum 2 Maintenances Preventive Measures During The Year, Along With Corrective Maintenance And Improvements To Be Made, When Applicable.
