Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Elevator Shaft Along With The Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger Lift In The Building Of The Social Welfare Home In Parkosz In Order To Improve The Architectural Accessibility Of The Facility For People With Limited Mobility, Including Disabled People And Seniors.2) The Specification Of The Elevator Is Described In Detail In The Swz.3) Together With The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit: Specification Form Of The Offered Personnel Lift, Constituting Annex 1A To Swz.4) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments About The Start And End Dates Of Construction Works.5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare As-Built Cost Estimates (Presenting The Actual Cost Of Carrying Out The Works), Approved By The Supervision Inspector Or The Contractor With The Entry The Scope Of Work Specified In The Cost Estimate Has Been Performed.6) The Contractor Will Agree On The Dates With The Director Of The Social Welfare Home In Parkosz.
