The Reconstruction Covers A 0.518 Km Long Section Of The Road. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Range Of Works: A) Preparatory Works, B) Earthworks, C) Construction Of The Substructure, D) Construction Of A Surface Made Of Cement Concrete Class C 25/30, Thickness 18 Cm, E) Construction Of Ground Roadsides, 0.5 M Wide, F) Renovation Of The Culvert And Any Other Works Not Included In The Swz But Necessary To Be Performed Due To The Art Of Construction.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Design Documentation, Which Includes: 1) Land Development Design, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). 3) Bills Of Quantities: A) Eligible Costsb) Non-Eligible Costs.3. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation.
