1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Renovation Of Existing Road Fragments (According To The List Attached To The Swz) Using The Surface Consolidation Method And The Mce Technology Method In The Mszczonów Commune, With A Total Length Of 10,255 M, Including: 7,895 M Made Using The Double Surface Consolidation Method, Emulsion, 8-11 And 2-5 Mm Grit + 5 Cm Leveling (Reclaimed Or Crushed Stone), 2360 M Made With Mce Technology. 1.1 Existing State Of Development: Currently, The Fragments Of The Above-Mentioned Roads, Subject To Renovation Using The Double Surface Consolidation Method - Emulsion, 8-11 And 2-5 Mm Grit + 5 Cm Leveling (Reclaimed Or Crushed Stone), Have Surfaces Made Of Crushed Aggregate, Requiring Leveling Of The Ground To Ensure Slopes Of The Surface And Renovation Of Double Surface Consolidation In Order To Improve The Standard Of Road Maintenance. Roads Subject To Renovation Using The Technology Mce, Have A Cracked Bituminous Surface Requiring Surface Recycling Using Mce Technology In Order To Improve The Load-Bearing Parameters And Durability Of The Road Structure.1.2. The Scope Of Planned Renovation Works Includes: A) For Roads Undergoing Renovation Using The Double Surface Consolidation Method, Emulsion, 8-11 And 2-5 Mm Grit + 5 Cm Leveling (Reclaimed Or Crushed Stone): Mechanical Cleaning Of The Surface Leveling Of The Existing Surface Made Of Reclaimed Or Crushed Aggregate C90/3, On Average 5 Cm In Order To Provide Appropriate Transverse Slopes. Improvement Of The Surface Roadways Using The Double Surface Consolidation Method, C 69 Bp3 Pu Or C 65 Bp3 Pu/Rc Asphalt Emulsion, Basalt Grit Sizes 8-11 Mm, 2-5 Mm Tidying Up The Area. B) For Roads Undergoing Renovation Using The Mce Technology Method: Milling And Grinding Of The Existing Bituminous Surface And Parts Of The Sub-Base To The Assumed Depth, Dosing Of Mixture Ingredients: Grading Aggregate (If Required), Cement And Asphalt Emulsion, Mixing The Ingredients On Site Using A Recycler To Obtain A Homogeneous Mineral-Cement-Emulsion Mixture, Profiling And Compacting The Mce Layer To Achieve The Required Load-Bearing Parameters, Tidying Up The Area. List Of Roads To Be Repaired Using The Surface Consolidation Method And The Mce Technology Method In 2026. Constitutes Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Provisions Of The Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
