The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road On Plot No. 590/10, 590/18, 590/22 In Wielogłowy. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Dismantling The Gravel Surface, Stabilizing The Ground With Cement And Constructing A New Foundation. Then, The Asphalt Surface Will Be Covered With A Binding And Wearing Course. The Roadsides Will Also Be Made Of Crushed Aggregate Surface-Hardened With Asphalt Emulsion And Stone Grit. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
