As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform The Following Construction Works: - Profiling Of The Slope And Its Reinforcement With An Overgrowth Grid, Which Must Then Be Covered With Crushed Aggregate Of The 8-16 Mm Type, - Construction Of A Paving Stone Surface Under The Stand, - Construction Of Access Roads To The Stand Made Of Paving Stones, - Construction Of A Sidewalk Between The Stand And The Side Edge Of The Pitch From Sbr Surface, - Construction Of The Foundations Of The Stand, - Delivery And Assembly Of The Stand According To The Design, - Demolition Of The Existing Fence (Fence Elements Should Be Handed Over To The Investor), - Construction Of The Fence According To The Design, - Delivery And Installation Of Rubber Pads On The Pitch Curbs. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitute Attachments To The Swz. Note: If References To European Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Swz Or Annexes, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Swz Or Annexes, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes A Provision Resulting From Knr Or Knnr Indicating The Need To Use Specific Equipment With Specific Parameters In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Other Equipment Provided That It Ensures The Achievement Of The Assumed Design Parameters And Does Not Cause The Risk Of Non-Compliance Of The Work Performed With The Design Documentation.
